- LA Councilman says zoo should consider all options for Asian elephants - It was announced last week that Billy and Tina will be moved to the Tulsa Zoo, which has undergone a massive renovation to accommodate more elephants, including bulls. (And has qualified staff with decades of combined experience, I might add!)
